Q. How do I pay for my order? |
|
We accept PayPal and
credit cards. PayPal has become the web's favorite
and most trusted payment method. For your
convenience, we accept PayPal as a payment option
and all orders will be sent through
sales@philipsahagun.com.
We usually ship 1-2 weeks
after payment is received. If you are not a paypal

Q. What happens after I have placed my
order? |
|
Upon placing your order we will send you a
confirmation e-mail. A member of our Customer
Service Team will then check your order and delivery
information to make sure that everything’s correct.
From there your goods will be picked and packed,
ready to be sent out. Once that happens your card
will be charged, your order will be sent on its way. |

Q. How can I resolve a problem with my
order? |

While it doesn’t
happen often, sometimes we can make a mistake. If
there’s a problem with your order, or the goods
themselves, let us know straight away. Please

Q. I cannot find the style, color, or size
I’m looking for. |

The colors and sizes available in our E-Store
reflect what we currently have in stock. We are open
for product suggestions and if you need help
obtaining an item let us know and we maybe able to
order it for you. |
